UAE travel ban and arrest warrant check $290.00 Visit

The lawyer you hire will conduct a complete check with relevant UAE government authorities to find out whether or not you have a travel ban or arrest warrant imposed on you. No need to visit government authorities personally, your attorney will do all the needed on your behalf.

Save your time and money by avoiding the potential risk of being arrested or rejected to enter or leave the UAE while travelling. Just submit online the required documents, and within few days you will get results of the check from the lawyer by email.

Documents required to make the travel ban check include clear coloured copies of:

your valid passport,
your residency permit (most recent residence visa page),
your Emirates ID (if any).
This service is right for you if you are going to travel to, from or through the UAE and would like to be sure that you are not blacklisted.

What's included

Complete check. The lawyer will run the check with relevant government authorities on a possible travel ban and arrest warrant imposed on you in the UAE.
Email report. You will receive the results of the check from your attorney by email. The results will indicate whether you have a ban/warrant or not.
General advice. If it is found out that your name is on the blacklist, the lawyer can give you general advice on the next steps needed to handle the situation.

Guarantee of results. Sometimes authorities do not disclose information regarding blacklisting for security reasons. Therefore outcomes of the check depend on your situation and cannot be guaranteed.
Power of Attorney. In some cases to make the required check, the lawyer will need a Power of Attorney from you. If so, the attorney will immediately let you know and advise you on how to issue it. All related expenses, in this case, will be on you and shall be settled separately.
Additional work. Any services of the lawyer beyond conducting the above-described check will require a separate agreement.

For most people, this service will provide the complete understanding whether or not they have a UAE travel ban or arrest warrant imposed on them. This service requires Power of Attorney from you to the lawyer. Other documents necessary to make the check on court cases filed against you include clear coloured copies of:

Last Will for non-Muslim expatriates (Dubai and RAK) $1.00 Visit

Hire a registered wills draftsman to help you create and register a Last Will under the internationally recognised common law principles within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Be sure your assets in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah will be transferred to your loved ones upon death according to your own wishes and not according to the forced heirship system (influenced by the Islamic Sharia regulations) as per the UAE laws.

The lawyer you hire will meet you to understand the structure of your UAE-based assets, your marital status, whether you have children or not and what their age is (to include a guardianship provision for your minor children if necessary). The attorney will also discuss with you your wishes to see what can be achieved and how, and will advise you on the enforceability of the Will, as well as explain the role of the executor and the guardians and their limitations.

Then, your lawyer will draft a Last Will and arrange for all the administrative procedures and applications needed for filing and registration of your Will with the DIFC Courts Wills Registry for Non-Muslims. At the date of appointment, the attorney will accompany you to the DIFC Wills Service Centre to register and as the case may be to witness the signing of your Last Will.

Support and guidance at the Wills Service Centre. The lawyer will accompany you to help complete the registration formalities at the DIFC Wills Service Centre and, if necessary, to witness the signing of your Last Will.

Additional legal services or time spent beyond those mentioned above.
Filing and registration fees, other official fees and disbursements.
