The handwritten wills are to be probated by the notary for making it as official after the person dies. A notary will confirm the identity, signature and explains the contents included in the will. The documents to be submitted in front of the notary are:
- Original will
- Official copy of the death certificate
- Sworn statement by any of the witnesses of the will
- Application proof of the probate
In case if the wills are prepared by the notaries, they are not to be probated again. Because those wills are already known as Notarized Wills. We have special lawyers to deal with these notarial laws. This might help you to move forward without any allegations.
